Cancellation Policy
Salsa Lovers Worldwide (hereby referred to as 'SLW')

Our Cancellation Policy is applicable on all of our products and services internationally.
If you have any additional questions or require more information about our Cancellation Policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.​

1. ALL SALES FINAL
Please note, we operate on an all sales final cancellation policy. Cancellation or rescheduling of an activity request must be submitted in writing to us, with a minimum 24 hours’ notice prior to the official start time of the chosen activity, in its local timezone. In case of a cancellation request by the guest, If the cancellation request is submitted 24 hours prior to the activity start time, we will be able to organize a full reschedule of the activity. In case of a cancellation request submitted within the 24 hours of the official start time of the activity, the activity is non-refundable and a full reschedule can not be guaranteed due to limited space and staff availability on a short notice.

2. GUEST(S) ARRIVING LATE TO THE ACTIVITY
In case of guest(s) arriving late at the activity, our team will wait up to 30 minutes of the original activity start time at no extra charge. If we are able to start the activity at that time (up to 30 minutes later than the original planned start time), we will go ahead and carry on the activity as it was planned. In case that the guest(s) are running late, and fail to communicate to our team in writing, or in case they are arriving later than the 30 minutes grace period waiting time, or do not show up, the activity is considered a ‘no-show’ and is cancelled in respect to our all sales final policy.
3. CANCELLATION BY SLW TEAM
In case of a cancellation request by the Salsa Lovers Worldwide team, due to extraordinary circumstances such as bad weather or our team member being unwell, we will notify all guests in writing as soon as we can. In all cancellation request cases submitted by SLW, the guest(s) will be offered an option to reschedule the activity at no extra cost. In case our team can not attend and are not able to provide an alternative time for rescheduling the activity, a full refund will be arranged.
